I need a Good web hosting allows favicon upload htm , html files and stuff php mysql almost perfect But for free Thanks ( Not geocities please and googlepages) free ones..........

4. http://www.000WEBH0ST.com They offer mysql, Cpanel, PHP, and so on. They do not place ads on your site either. They do have one requirement, you need to transfer your domain to them, or purchase a domain from them for $10. (That's about $3 more than the cheapest place I know of.) Anyway, that means that the site will set you back 10 bucks a year once you own a domain name.
